The delivery of ordered articles is carried out by Amazon
The couriers will attempt to deliver the item to you. In case nobody is present the package will be left in a secure location. If the delivery requires someone to be present then Amazon will send an e-mail on the one provided to us during the time of purchase. They will try 3 delivery attempts on 3 consecutive days. If the third delivery is unsuccessful the package will be returned to amazon. Dominer delivery department will not be responsible for possible inefficiencies connected to the courier service. In case of deliveries to receptions (with the reclaim signature by the receptionist), Dominer will not be responsible if the package will not reach the recipient finally. If a country is not included in the shipment list, it means that delivery to that country is not provided. CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES
For shipment towards non-EU countries, goods are subject to customs duties and possible taxes. Any additional tax necessary to clear package through customs will be paid in full by the recipient. If the customer refuses the goods, or if the delivery is impossible for any reason (wrong recipient address or phone number; recipient repeated absence; other reasons) a fee will be charged for the following expenses: delivery of goods + return of goods + customs clearance for the returning goods. The sum will be charged in full to the recipient. Only the value of the goods will be refunded.
Duties and taxes may differ from country to country and are charged when the goods reach their destination. Please be aware that our warehouse is based in Italy.

ABROAD
The packaging process will begin 24 hours after the order has been registered. From that moment on, delivery is carried out within 3 or more working days depending on the destination. Possible delays in the delivery may be caused by working matters of the courier service (Dominer will not be responsible), because the articles ordered are temporarily out of stock or because of force majeure reasons. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs depend on the destination country. The customer will be able to see the total amount to be paid before confirming the order.
Can you ship different orders in the same shipping?
Unfortunately we can’t ship different orders together. For internal management purposes, there must be at least one shipping for each order.
Why didn’t I receive any notification about my order?
All notifications related to your order are sent to the e-mail address you provided in its final steps. If you don’t receive them, you might have filled in the wrong e-mail address. We also advise you to check in your SPAM folder.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail by Swiship with all necessary details and the related tracking number, by way of which you will be able to track your shipment. If you didn’t receive this email or if you are having a problem with your tracking number, you can contact our CUSTOMER CARE.
I have verified the shipment status and I am encountering issues, what am I supposed to do?
Should you encounter any issue with the shipment of your order, please contact our CUSTOMER CARE ASAP, for us to proceed with all due verifications. The same goes if the order appears as delivered, yet you haven’t received it. It will be up to our Customer Care to proceed with all due verifications with our couriers. We kindly inform you that all investigating procedures with the couriers might take a few weeks.
