Can I return an item?
We gladly accept returns for most orders made on www.thedominer.com. However, please note that the costs associated with the return shipment are the responsibility of the sender. It’s important to ensure that all return shipments with associated delivery costs are avoided, as our warehouse will reject such parcels and return them to the sender.
To initiate a return, you have a 30-day window from the date of delivery. You can register your return by reaching out to our Customer Care through the following link.
For orders delivered more than 30 days ago, please contact our Customer Care for assistance. Ensure that all items being returned are in their original condition, unused, with all labels and tags intact. Items should not have been washed or worn; failure to comply with these conditions may result in the rejection of your return request. If these criteria are not met, the returned parcel will be sent back, and a refund will not be issued.
Do you offer returns/refunds for all the items sold?
We offer returns/refunds for most items. We cannot offer returns/refunds for customized items, swimwear, underwear, unless there is a good reason to do so (faulty or damaged). In this case you can contact our CUSTOMER CARE. The refund does not include transport charges, both for delivery as well as for the return of goods. In case of purchase not accepted with custom duties, the refund will not include custom duties.
How can i initiate my return?
In order to initiate a return you can contact our Customer support team by clicking the “CUSTOMER CARE” button down under “Customer Services” menu or by sending an email at customercare@thedominer.com. Please make sure to tell us the reason for the return is stated as well as purchase details sent to you by us on your email during the purchase of the product.
How will I recieve my refund money?
You will be refunded through the same method that was used during your purchase of the product. E.g., if you paid for our product by your credit card then you will receive your money back at the same credit card
When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be issued after receiving the return. If the returned item meets the requirements it will be refunded within 14 working days through the same payment method you had used to finalize your order.
As soon as we issue the refund, you will receive a refund confirmation email. The transaction may take a couple of days to show on your bank account, depending on your bank. If any problem occur you can contact our CUSTOMER CARE
Can I exchange an item?
At the moment, we regret to inform you that we are unable to facilitate exchanges. We kindly request that you return the item you wish to exchange for a refund. To obtain the correct item, we recommend placing a new order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. If you have any further inquiries or require assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
*If you purchased your Dominer product from a retailer, please return it to that retailer.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order (size or color), please contact us at support@thedominer.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee your order may be adjusted once it’s been submitted.
Processed orders may not be cancelled or modified; you may return your item subject to Dominer Return Policy.
